Archer Florida -- Originally owned and run by Mr. C. D. Wood. It was later owned by Mr. Walter Long. Sometimes referred to as Long's Store or Wood;s store. These stores at one time sold everything from coffee to coffins. By late 1880's there were nine general stores, today there are four (1960's)
